Anthony Woodward filed tens of thousands of false affidavits for unearned & illegal fees for Michael Echevarria President of The Florida Default Law Group, Florida's largest foreclosure mill. They sent out judgment proof drug addicts promising those in foreclosure help, instead they stole their house with a flipping scheme.

Michael Echevarria of The Florida Default Group Requires Those in Foreclosure to Pay Legal Fees Not Yet Earned to reinstate a mortgage and pads the fees with illegally marked up third party fees from his shell companies.
Echevarria's Florida Default Law Group sends out reinstatement letters demanding unearned legal fees, process server fees that cost him $35.00 yet he charges up to $850.00, title review of $350.00 that cost him $75.00 and several other illegally marked up fees billed through shell companies like provest and lightning. Those in foreclosure would be buried with an additional $3,000 to $8,000 in illegal fees unearned fees preventing reinstate or modification of a delinquent mortgage all in violation of RESPA's section 8a and 8b.

Mark Ober and Pam Bondi of The State Attorney's office are not credited with any substantive mortgage fraud convictions during the last five years, a crime that is considered RAMPANT and at EPIDEMIC levels in Tampa. Woodward was suspended for his mass perjury for a ridiculous 2-month period from May 15, 2004 through July 15, 2004. Yet, despite a Supreme Court Order Anthony Woodward continued to practice law while suspended per the office of State Attorney, Mark Ober who did nothing. Practicing law while suspended is a felony in Florida, but State Attorney Mark Ober has a history of ignoring crimes committed by attorneys. Additionally, it can be proven Mark Ober's office; destroys evidence, withholds evidence, and helps witnesses commit perjury to benefit lawyers and get convictions, it is how Mark Ober keeps those fellow lawyer campaign contributions coming.
Tony Woodward is tied to well known; violent criminals, white collar criminals, cocaine addicts, cocaine dealers, and criminal activity including perjury, RICO, and Racketeering. Anthony Woodward has been directly linked to Tampa lunatic lawyer John Hamel through affidavits. John Hamel's sent Trudelle threatening extortionist emails, drove by Trudelle's home and put his business card on Trudelle's wifes car with; "I am watching you". Hamel the stalker displays the history of a criminal lunatic that Mark Ober allows in his circuit due to his Florida Bar connections. FOLLOW THE MONEY... Woodward's payoff for his perjury was the improper inside information he received regarding equity rich properties from Michael Echevarria's Florida Default Group. Woodward's mortgage industry friends then took advantage of Echevarria's over-billed helpless foreclosure victims using judgment proof scammers to approach those in foreclosure with promises of assistance to save their home. Little did these victims know they were signing over their home which was soon to be made part of a double closing flip.
Florida Association of Mortgage Broker (FAMB) past-president Didier (DDA) Malagies is a long time, well known friend and business associate of Anthony Woodward, Woodward was the "expert" Florida Default Law Group employed to obtain Foreclosure Judgments and padded Legal fees. Didier Malagies set-up investors and provided financing for the investors using inside knowledge provided by Woodward to squeeze impoverished home-owners out of their home. This made reinstating the mortgage or selling the property difficult or impossible, due to Echevarria's fraudulent over billing scheme and refusing to return phone calls. Didier Malagies has no problem committing perjury in a court room to prevent his scheme, there is an abundance of contrary court statements made by Malagies in several court proceedings.
Victims of these scams with equity would be approached by unscrupulous con-artists some of whom were long time cocaine addicted members of The Florida Bar's - Lawyer Assistance Program. These Con-artist's had no known legitimate source of; income or assets plus a credit history consisting of hundreds of thousands of dollars in judgments, several arrests and documented violence all with full knowledge of Mark Ober's office. Con-artist's approached foreclosure victims posing as; lawyers, real estate agents or professional investors with a "team of associates".

Soon after Mr. Trudelle filed a brief requested by then Attorney General Charlie Crist, Bill Trudelle and his wife became the victims of attacks, death threats, extortion, stalking, vandalism, and baseless lawsuits all instigated by; Didier Malagies, Anthony Woodward, Michael Echevarria and others who were hired and paid to harm and destroy the Trudelle's for their "Whistle Blowing". State Attorney Mark Ober assisted in the attacks upon the Trudelle's by; destroying evidence, allowing perjury, and obstructing justice as proven by sworn certificates provided by Hillsborough's county clerks office.
After Trudelle made several police reports and attempts to obtain help from the police and State Attorney, Trudelle was faced with criminal charges levied by Anthony Woodward and his henchmen after being forced to stop an imminent attack after Trudelle received a credible death threat. Trudelle swore under oath Woodward paid to have Trudelle attacked by his coke addict assailant, an issue the State Attorney failed to disprove, investigate, or deny.
South Texas School of Law State Attorney Mark Ober had several police reports regarding physical attacks, assaults and stalking committed against Trudelle. Instead Mark Ober took the word of a verifiable violent drug addict with an established criminal history over Trudelle and filed battery charges against Trudelle who had no criminal history. The State's eyewitnesses corroborated Trudelle's story, that Anthony Woodward's drug addict attacked Trudelle. The State's drug addict even wrote letters to State Attorney Mark Ober that his eyewitness would not corroborate his story, evidence the State withheld and was not discovered until after Mark Ober dropped charges against Trudelle the day of trial.
